EAGAN, MINN. (August 29, 2025) – The Commons on Marice, a senior living community managed by The Goodman Group, proudly marked its 25^th anniversary with an open house celebration on August 19. The event honored not only the community’s quarter-century of service in the Eagan area, but also its continued legacy and commitment to providing Platinum Service® to each individual it serves.

In recognition of this special milestone, residents, their families, team members and guests joined together for a warm and joyful celebration, reflecting on the meaningful moments that have shaped the community since it first opened its doors. The event featured live music, an interactive slideshow of cherished memories, delicious food and refreshments, and plenty of laughter and connection.

“It has been our honor and privilege to serve individuals in the Eagan area for 25 years,” said David Luhring, executive director at The Commons on Marice. “Our anniversary celebration was a true reflection of the meaningful connections we’ve built over the years, and we are thankful for everyone who has been part of our community’s journey. We look to the future with gratitude and full hearts.”
